Corporate Espionage

We routinely provide corporate espionage advice to senior executives of large public and private corporations

Hidden camera surveillance

As former Federal Agents, our investigators have provided debugging and electronic eavesdropping detection services to officials at the highest levels of federal governments.

In the private sector, we routinely provide corporate espionage advice to senior executives of large public and private corporations. We only use the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art equipment to help your business maintain the integrity of its corporate security.

An electronic eavesdropping inspection includes the following:

  • A threat assessment, including possible parties who would wish to spy on your business and how they might gain access, discussed with the client.
  • A telephone system analysis including instruments, incoming trunks, in-house cabling, and peripheral equipment and testing for intercept devices such as a phone tap or wire tap.
  • A radio frequency (RF) spectrum analysis from 25Hz to 10KHz, including recognition capabilities for digital, spread-spectrum, and frequency-hopping transmitters, in addition to standard analog devices.
  • An infrared (IR) search of all appropriate areas.
  • An electronic inspection for covert video transmission, such as a spy camera.
  • A carrier current analysis of AC outlets, telephone cable, and other wiring to detect devices capable of transmitting communications.
  • A spectrum analyzer from 25Hz to 10KHz.
  • A physical search of the target site for hidden microphones, transmitters, audio recorders, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, and any other interruption devices.
  • Follow up investigation recommendations if a listening device, bug, wireless camera, or other device is found.
  • An immediate oral report and timely detailed written analysis depicting survey techniques, findings, and recommendations.

Our work product generally includes a detailed, written analysis depicting sweep techniques, findings, and recommendations. If a listening device, bug, wireless camera, or other similar device is found during our sweep, we will meet with the clients to discuss next steps with regard to identifying the origin of the device (if possible), procedures to mitigate future risk of recurrence, and advice for prosecution if necessary.
