Thomas G. Martin appears on All Politics Is Local on WCRN 830 AM Radio in Boston to discuss the interview and interrogation process that possibly took place between FBI agents and Hillary Clinton, and the opioid problem in the United States.Details
Interrogations are cheaper, faster & more effective than undercover operations.
Having problems with employees, but don’t know how to discover proof of wrongdoing? Employee theft? Fraud? Embezzlement?
Corporations regularly use private investigators skilled in the arts of interview and interrogation to uncover the truth behind sensitive employee situations.
Effective interrogations are simply interviews conducted with the goal of getting more information, evidence and confessions. You don’t need an undercover employee – you’d be surprised at the information that can be obtained if you ask in the right way.
Once one rat is found, all the rats jump ship.
Interrogation uncovering product theft
A soda manufacturer in California suspected that they had a growing problem with employee theft, and called upon Martin Investigative Services to investigate.
What interrogation is
An interrogation is simply an interview, with the goal of getting more information, evidence, confessions – anything that helps identify the truth behind the situation at hand.
In the case of confessions, we take a declaration under the penalty of perjury and the laws of the State we are conducting the investigation. This court-ready document can be used for legal action if required.
What interrogation isn’t
Current events in recent years, as well movies and television shows have popularized the idea that interrogation is the subgroup of so-called enhanced interrogation techniques, involving psychoactive drugs, waterboarding, torture, and psychological abuse.
Although it should be obvious that our interrogations don’t include these, we are often asked about this, and thought it best to clear this up from the beginning.
Interrogation uncovering company-wide employee theft
In a very short amount of time, our investigators found out that nearly ALL of the employees at a company were stealing, and as a result 45 employees were fired.
Interrogation skill, dedication & experience
Interrogation and interview is taught in many different branches of law enforcement, but it takes talent, dedication, and experience to become skilled at it.
During Thomas G. Martin’ tenure as a supervisory Federal agent, he taught interrogation classes at the Departments of Justice and Treasury, in over 60 foreign countries, and at many law enforcement academies throughout the Unites States.
Undercover operations are expensive and ineffective.
Putting an undercover employee in place is not an effective use of your money or our talent. With an undercover employee in place, the chances of hitting a home-run for the client can be quite limited: it can take many weeks, cost thousands of dollars, and not uncover a single person stealing time, money or product.
Why choose Martin Investigative Services for interrogation and interview? Here’s why:

Case Study: Interrogation
Newport Beach Corporate Fraud
A prominent Newport Beach attorney representing a large beer manufacturer contacted us. We met with the attorney and the company executives at their corporate headquarters.
The company had a problem: large amounts of inventory were simply missing. They had a certain amount of product on hand, but their internal accounting told them they should have more money.
We quickly discovered a number of employees were smuggling product out of the factory. The results from this investigation were handed to the District Attorney. As a result of our investigation, 17 people were arrested, prosecuted and served jail time.
