San Diego Private Investigator Case #1:
Background Check on Fiancé

Background checks often reveal a lot about potential fiances. An executive business woman in San Diego found us through the Internet. She was dating a man who claimed he was a “Navy Seal" who had "served in Iraq and Afghanistan."

The problem was she felt something wasn't right.

Results:

The private investigators at Martin Investigative Services performed a background check and extensive surveillance.

It was determined that the subject was never in the military but, in fact, an unemployed security guard with an expired guard card license. The client ended the relationship immediately.

A good private investigator knows better than anyone: your intuition is almost always correct in most situations. If you feel something is just not right, contact us for a free, confidential consultation.

San Diego Private Investigator Case #2:
Mexico Ransom Demand

We provide private investigation in Mexico, while headquartered in the US. A wealthy San Diego Business man approached us because he saw we are in located US, but do work in Mexico. We met at his San Diego office.

His sister had been kidnapped, and the client had received a ransom note.

Results:

Martin Investigative Services has private investigators with boots on the ground in Mexico.

Through surveillance, we determined where the client's sister was being held, and advised Mexican law enforcement - who rescued the client’s sister.

San Diego Private Investigator Case #3:
Overturned Criminal Conviction

Private investigators often review the results of legal cases and discover new evidence after the trial is over. The president of a major software company in San Diego was referred to us by another private investigator.

The client had been accused of rape by his stepdaughter and had been convicted in a court of law.

The client came to us and emphatically refused the charge. In a case like this, we are as skeptical as anyone else but he just kept insisting, "I didn't do it."

Results:

Our private investigators reviewed trial transcripts in detail after which we interviewed and interrogated trial witnesses. We then found and interviewed new witnesses until we found a smoking gun which not only cleared our client of all wrongdoing but proved that the mother and stepdaughter conspired to accuse our client of rape in an effort to obtain all the assets in the pending divorce case.

The guilty verdict was overturned, the accusations were proven false and our client was set free.

Sometimes the justice system is imperfect. Bad representation can result in catastrophic results. In this case and many others, the private investigators at Martin Investigative Services were able to find out the truth of the situation and justice prevailed.
