MISSING PERSON CASE: RESOLUTION FOR CHRISTMAS
Dozens of people expressed interest in the Michael Ryan Peterson runaway case. We had about 30 missing person cases like this in 2015. Some were a little tougher and some were easier. Unfortunately, there are three cases where we still haven’t found the missing person.
Those cases keep you up at night.
A couple days ago, I received three photos from Michael’s grandparents, who visited him today in Utah. Above is one of them. What a great Christmas present for all three.
Michael looks a completely different than when he was found in San Diego – and a little less hungry than when I took him to McDonalds that first day.
We would be remiss if we didn’t single out Detective Anthony Abutin of the San Diego Sheriff’s Department. Without his investigative skills, tireless work ethic and willingness to work with a PI, Michael would probably still be on the street. I have complete respect and gratitude to Detective Abutin.
